This project involved the installation of a beautiful collection of Heritage sash horn UPVC windows together with complementary composite doors, helping to enhance both the appearance and performance of the property. Designed to suit the character of the home, the new windows provide a traditional aesthetic while delivering all the benefits of modern double glazing, including improved thermal efficiency, security and low maintenance.
The homeowners wanted to upgrade a number of ageing windows and improve the overall kerb appeal of their property without compromising its traditional character. After discussing the available options, a sash horn sash design was selected to create a clean, timeless appearance that sits perfectly within the brickwork and complements the property’s architectural style.
The installation included a stunning bay window to the rear of the property, featuring elegant detailing and authentic proportions that replicate the appearance of traditional box sash windows while benefiting from the durability and practicality of modern UPVC construction. The project also included matching dormer windows, creating a consistent appearance throughout the home and ensuring every elevation benefited from the upgrade.
To complete the transformation, stylish Solidor composite doors were installed. The Pebble Grey slab provides a subtle contrast against the brickwork while maintaining a warm and welcoming appearance.
As well as improving aesthetics, the new windows and door offer enhanced energy efficiency, improved weather resistance and modern security features, helping the homeowners enjoy a more comfortable and secure living environment for years to come.
